Written return and refund policy

The Buyer has the right to return the product within 14 days from the moment of receiving the product by sending a withdrawal letter to the Seller via email at cirtainimati@gmail.com. The withdrawal form is sent by the Seller to the Buyer via email upon the Buyer's request. The Buyer is responsible for all expenses related to returning the product to the Seller. The product can be returned via Omniva parcel service by choosing the Ulbrokas Elvi parcel machine at Peldu iela 2, Ulbroka. The Buyer cannot return the product if the packaging has been opened, and the product has been used. The Buyer is obligated to keep and not damage the original packaging of the product. The refund for the returned product is transferred by the Seller to the bank account specified by the Buyer in the withdrawal form. The money is refunded within 14 days from the receipt of the withdrawal form.
